You can navigate within our catalog by choosing the section from the navigation menu. You can find the product you want more easily by using the search filters. Once you have chosen the products and the desired quantities you can add them to the cart, from the product list or from the data sheet of each individual product, after which you can finalize the order with quick checkout.
To complete your order, you will need to enter your destination address. If you are already registered you can enter the access codes and recall the previously saved addresses. Choose the payment method and you can complete your order. Your purchase is complete when you arrive at the thank you page and you are assigned an order number. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
Online transactions on shop.crastan.it are safe, as they are carried out with an encrypted protocol, using a 128-bit SSL digital certificate, to guarantee maximum protection.
You can choose to receive an invoice if you click on the top right of the cart and click on "do you want an invoice click here". You will be able to enter the SDI Code, VAT number and Tax Code. VAT is already included in the price you see in the catalogue, on all pages of the site and in the Cart.
You can choose between the following payment methods: payment by credit card, payment through PayPal account, payment by advance bank transfer.
Standard Shipping (delivery in 3-4 working days) is free for orders over €45.00. For orders of a smaller amount, it amounts to €5.90 for Standard shipments (delivery in 3-4 working days) and € 12.00 for Express Shipping (delivery in 1-2 working days) to Italy.
For international shipments the cost is calculated based on the order.
As soon as your package leaves the warehouse you will receive the link to track the order in your email. The courier cannot schedule a delivery time or make appointments! We therefore invite you to provide a valid delivery address, making sure there is always someone there (for example, your place of work or the address of a relative).
