Express shipping (4-6 working days)
Transport costs changing according to the weight of the products purchased and will be calculated and displayed in the first step of order.
Track the shipment
To check the status of your order, log in and access your account: under "My orders" you will receive all the information you want. Remember that the customer care staff is at your disposal to provide you with further information.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking and shipping code to see where the package is.
The courier cannot schedule a delivery time or make appointments!
We therefore invite you to provide a valid delivery address, making sure there is always someone there (for example, your place of work or the address of a relative).
We remind you that the courier will try to deliver the purchased package, leaving, in the absence of the recipient, a non-delivery notice which contains the telephone number of the local office and the shipping number of the package. In the event that the recipient does not give other instructions for redelivery, the courier will make a second attempt.
If the absence of the recipient occurs again, the goods will remain in storage at the courier's local branch awaiting instructions, before automatically returning to our warehouses.
