Our Barley

Since 1870 we have been producing barley with you in mind.

There is a raw material that best expresses the soul of Crastan: barley.

We have always selected the best Italian varieties and to trace the entire supply chain we stipulate sowing contracts only with certified agricultural companies.

Immersed in the Italian hilly areas, there are the precious fields where our barley grows, ripened in the sun and cradled by the sweet hill breeze.

With care and after careful checks we collect the ears, which are cleaned to obtain the golden barley grains.

These are then stored in special silos, to maintain every little property.

This is where their journey begins, a journey that brings the authenticity of the cereal into your moments of relaxation.
