Crastan instant chicory is obtained from the root of the plant which is first dried, then toasted and finally made soluble.

Ingredients: Chicory (60%), instant coffee (40%). Gluten free.

1. Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of product to a cup
2. Add a little hot, not boiling, water or milk and mix until you obtain a thick cream
3. Complete the preparation by filling the cup with hot water or milk while continuing to mix
4. Once the foam has formed, add sugar to taste
