Chicory is characterised by a strong caramel note and a slightly bitter aftertaste. The addition of ginseng makes the drink energising and enveloping.
Crastan instant chicory is obtained from the root of the plant which is first dried, then toasted and finally made soluble.

1. Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of product to a cup
