Ingredients: Organic barley (97%), organic ginger (2.5%), organic orange peel (0.3%), natural orange flavouring.

- Take a cup and add 2-3 teaspoons of Crastan instant barley
- Add sugar to taste
- Pour in a little hot water or milk and stir to dissolve the barley
- Add the remaining part of water or milk to complete the drink. Also try it cold with a few ice cubes
